Alis was founded in 1979 by the Rinaldi family from Mofood - bevarage sectiondena, which created a large industrial group in the post-war period. Beyond its business successes, the Rinaldi family has always had a passion and love for one of its area's typical products, balsamic vinegar of Modena.
