This document deals with the personal data confidentiality policies adopted by Replica Sistemi SpA, as the subject responsible for the management of this site.
In addition, this serves as the notice required to be given, by article 13 of Legislative Decree 196, dated June 30, 2003, to the users of the services of our site that are provided via the Internet. The information provided below is inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the Group of European Privacy Commissioners for the protection of personal data adopted on May 17, 2001 under article 29 of Directive 95/46/CE and, in particular, has to do with the collection of personal data over the Internet. The are intended to identify the minimum measures that must be taken on behalf of interested parties to guarantee the conformity and legitimacy of these practices (in application of articles 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/46/CE).
THE OWNER OF THE DATA FOR PROCESSING PURPOSES

PLACE AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services offered by this site is performed at the headquarters of the owning company and is only handled by its coworkers or appointees, i.e., by anyone that may be appointed on the occasion of maintenance. No data deriving from these web services is published.
The personal data voluntarily and optionally provided by users is only used for the performance of the service required and is not communicated to third parties, except if the communication is subject to legal obligations or strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data During the course of normal operation, the information systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this web site acquire several pieces of personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties but that, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses, in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicated the status of the response given to the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is only used to derive anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to control its correct operation and are immediately deleted after processing. The data in question could be used to ascertain liability in the case of computer crimes that damage this site: except for this possibility, the data on the contact web pages is not kept for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by users. On this site, users can voluntarily and optionally provide their personal data, including an e-mail address, for the following purposes: to ask for, and receive, information about the services provided; to contact our personnel to obtain specific information about the services offered. Failure to provide such data for any requests made by the interested party may make it impossible for us to fulfill the request. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses listed on this site will comport the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary for responding to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message.
COOKIES
Cookies are text that is only written to the hard disk of a computer after authorization. If allowed, a small file is downloaded. The function of cookies is to make the analysis of web traffic more efficient and to indicate when a specific site was visited; they allow web applications to send information to single users. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
In conformity with article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right, at any time, to have confirmation of whether or not the data exists and to know its contents and origin, to verify its exactness or to request that it be supplemented, updated or corrected. In addition, the subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right to request its deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose its processing for legitimate reasons. The right of opposition can always be exercised in regard to sales and advertising materials, direct sales, market research or sales communications. Requests relative to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 must be addressed to the Owner of the Data for processing purposes by simply sending a message by electronic mail, fax or ordinary mail.

Pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Law (Legislative Decree 196, dated June 30, 2003), we wish to inform you that your data will be processed by Replica Sistemi SpA, the owner of the data for processing purposes, and, in particular, that the processing to which the personal data provided is, and will be subjected, is for the purpose of managing the relationship and processing and preparing documentation suitable to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations under civil, tax and accounting law.
The personal data will be processed in paper and electronic form by assigned personnel.
The data is normally collected from the interested party. The data must be provided to establish and pursue the contractual relationship and is obligatory for the fulfillment of legal obligations such as, for example, the accounting management of the existing relationship. Any refusal to provide the data will make it impossible for us to establish the contractual relationship.
The data can be communicated to: banks and credit institutions to support bank transactions; government offices and agencies to fulfill legal obligations; oversight bodies to fulfill legal obligations; the data may also be communicated to external subjects appointed as processing managers, whose precise identity can be requested directly from the owner of the data.
The data will not be published.
